How can I contact the site's administrator?

The best way to contact the site's administrator is by using the contact form, since it cannot get caught up in spam filters. Also information from the online contact form is given the highest priority of all incoming email.

What should I do if there is problem with an online financial transaction?

Feel free to contact the site's administrator with the contact form; however it often is best to start with our card processor PayPal first. During the actual financial transaction the process is "handed off" to PayPal for processing; therefore, the DLP system does not store any of your financial information

If you have signed up for a product that is charged on a recurring basis, you end the recurring charges by simply logging into your PayPal account and canceling the subscription.

Is there a way I can contribute to the mission and goals of the DLP?
